By accessing or using ClawdVM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClawdVM provides cloud-hosted AI assistant infrastructure, including but not limited to virtual machine instances, messaging integrations, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
5. API Keys and Third-Party Services
You are responsible for any API keys you provide to the Service. We do not share your API keys with third parties. You are responsible for compliance with any third-party service terms when using their APIs through our Service.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
